7.5 Tonne Driver required for a position with our well-established client in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.

This particular company are well known nationally. The 7.5 Tonne Driver will be placed on an on-going basis with the possibility of a permanent transfer after 12 weeks.

The Role:

The 7.5 Tonne Driver will be required to work Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work. There is an average of 6 drops per shift delivering to shops and customers which are all located within a 150 mile radius of the depot in Daventry. All deliveries are delivered on flat-bed vehicle. Minimal handball. This is a full time on-going position and training will be provided on the job.

Requirements for this role:

The 7.5 Tonne Driver will require;

C1 entitlement on their licence 
A Valid Digital Tacho & CPC Card
No more than 6 points on licence 
Safety Boots & Hi Viz Vest 
Flexibility to accommodate range of AM shift start times

Hours & Pay:

The start time will vary between 05:00am to 07:00am and the 7.5 Tonne Driver will work between 50 & 55 hours over a 5 day period.

The hourly rate for this role is

£9.50 per hour Monday to Friday (PAYE)
£12 per hour Sunday (PAYE)
£25 night out allowance is provided
