Workchain are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for our client based in Avonmouth, working for a family-run business in the transport and logistics industry.
The Administrative Assistant role will involve:
• Invoicing, credit control, payroll, staff files, driver checks and general admin duties.
• Working 08:00 - 16:00, 2 days per week (flexible).
• Working as part of a close-knit team in an office with the two company directors.
Payrate is £9.00 - £9.50 (based on a £19,000 full time salary).
The Administrative Assistant will need:
• A good level of written and verbal English.
• Competence with computers, and previous experience with payroll/invoicing software would be beneficial but not essential.
• Great organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
