Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Forklift Driver Counterbalance to join our esteemed client based in the Nottinghamshire area. The role involves warehouse duties as well as Forklift. With the location of our client having your own transport is ideal. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual looking for a Permanent role within the Industrial industry. Our client is a growing company supplying white goods to their customers. With the company growing there is huge potential to progress within the company.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a Counterbalance Forklift to transport materials within the warehouse
- Load and unload goods from vehicles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with health and safety regulations
- Inspect machinery daily and report any faults or defects to the supervisor
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and achieve daily production targets
- Conduct routine inventory checks and assist with stock management as required

Qualifications and Skills:

- Valid Counterbalance Forklift license with recent experience
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and managers
- Demonstrated knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items when necessary
