Title: HGV Class 1 Night Trunker

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 1 Night Trunker on behalf of our esteemed client in Newark-on-Trent. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently transport goods from one location to another during night shifts
- Perform vehicle inspections before and after each shift, reporting any issues immediately
- Adhere to driving regulations, road safety standards, and company policies at all times
- Maintain accurate records and complete all necessary paperwork related to each delivery
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team, reporting any delays or issues during transportation
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering goods in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid HGV Class 1 license with relevant driving experience
- Full CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Excellent knowledge of UK road networks, traffic regulations, and driving laws
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with the dispatch team and customers
- Ability to handle physical work, including loading and unloading heavy goods
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and complete paperwork
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
