**Key Responsibilities:**
- Safely and efficiently operate a 7.5-tonne vehicle, adhering to all road and traffic regulations.
- Carry out regular vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Plan and manage delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks.
- Load and unload goods, exercising caution and employing safe manual handling techniques at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, ensuring all paperwork is completed promptly and submitted as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns or queries promptly and professionally.
- Take responsibility for vehicle cleanliness and maintenance, reporting any faults immediately.
- Act as a company ambassador, upholding a professional image and positively promoting the business at all times.

**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Valid Cat C1 (7.5 tonne) driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Previous experience as a 7.5 Tonne Driver, demonstrating a strong track record of safe and reliable driving.
- A valid CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) card is essential.
- Sound knowledge of road and traffic regulations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, providing effective customer service.
- Good attention to detail, ensuring accurate completion of paperwork and documentation.
- Physically fit, capable of manual handling and working in varying weather conditions.
