7.5T Shunter

Location: High Wycombe
Pay: £15.00–£16.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday,

Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Salary (Permanent): £35,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for a 7.5T Shunter to join a busy and well-organised operation based in High Wycombe. This is a hands-on role with a clear temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Moving 7.5T vehicles around the yard and between designated car parks

• Loading and handling bespoke materials

• Ensuring vehicles are positioned safely and efficiently

• Supporting yard operations during afternoon and night shifts

• Maintaining health & safety standards at all times

Requirements:

• Valid 7.5T (C1) licence

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual loading

• Previous shunting or yard experience preferred

• Good spatial awareness and attention to safety

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
