Job Title: Temporary 7.5 Tonne Driver - Leicester

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a 7.5 tonne vehicle to transport goods to various locations in and around Leicester.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with the customer's requirements.
- Adhere to all relevant traffic regulations and company policies while driving.
- Conduct thorough pre and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
- Participate in loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper securing and handling to avoid damage.
- Assist with any administrative tasks related to deliveries, such as obtaining customer signatures and completing necessary paperwork.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications:
- Hold a valid UK driving license with Category C1 entitlement, allowing you to drive a 7.5 tonne vehicle.
- Have a Driver CPC qualification card, demonstrating your knowledge and proficiency in driving large vehicles.
- Possess a digital tachograph card for recording driving hours and rest periods.
- Previous experience in a similar driving role, preferable with a 7.5 tonne vehicle.
- Excellent knowledge of Leicester and its surrounding areas.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, as the role may involve early starts, late finishes, and occasional overtime.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Pay Rate: £12.00 - £13.00 per hour, based on experience and performance.
