The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods throughout the Leicester area. As a dedicated professional, you will play a fundamental role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a 7.5-tonne vehicle, adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct thorough vehicle checks before and after each journey to ensure optimal working conditions.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring their secure transportation.
- Plan routes efficiently, taking into account traffic conditions and delivery schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Follow delivery instructions and ensure all necessary paperwork, such as delivery notes and customer signatures, are completed accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate any operational issues or challenges effectively.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:
- Hold a valid UK driving license with Category C1 entitlement, allowing you to drive 7.5-tonne vehicles.
- Possess a valid Driver CPC qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle.
- Excellent knowledge of driving regulations and road safety.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Remuneration:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive pay rate ranging from £12.50 to £13.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
