Van Driver – Banbury (Temp to Perm)
£12.21 per hour (agency) ? £13.00 per hour (perm)

We’re currently seeking a reliable Van Driver to join our client based in Banbury. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability and a pay increase once taken on permanently.

About the Role

• £12.21 per hour while on agency

• £13.00 per hour once permanent

• 4:00 AM starts, Monday to Friday

• Approximately 10-hour working days

• Delivering meat products to local butchers

• Loading/unloading and ensuring product quality during transport

• Providing professional customer service at each delivery point

What We’re Looking For

• Previous commercial van driving experience (preferred but not essential)

• Comfortable handling and transporting meat products

• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused

• Able to work early mornings and longer days

• Physically fit for manual handling
