Job Title: Van Driver (White Goods)

Pay Rate: £12.50 – £13.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Van Driver to join our team based in Daventry, delivering white goods to residential and commercial customers. This is a customer-facing role, and you will be working alongside a driver’s mate who will assist with navigation and heavy lifting during deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely deliver white goods (e.g., washing machines, fridges, cookers) to customer homes and businesses

• Work closely with your driver’s mate to load/unload items

• Ensure all goods are delivered in perfect condition and on time

• Provide excellent customer service during each delivery

• Complete delivery paperwork and logs accurately

• Follow all health and safety procedures and road regulations

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (Cat B) with no more than 6 points

• Previous van driving experience (ideally in home deliveries)

• Physically fit – some heavy lifting involved

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Punctual, reliable, and professional attitude
