Our client, a reputable delivery and logistics company, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Van Driver to join their team on a temporary basis, with the opportunity for a permanent position.

Job Description:

As a Van Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Safely operating a company van to deliver goods to designated locations
• Loading and unloading goods from the van
• Ensuring the accurate and timely completion of delivery routes
• Providing excellent customer service to clients
• Adhering to all relevant traffic laws and regulations
• Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle

Requirements:

• Valid UK driving licence with category B entitlement (van)
• Previous experience as a Van Driver preferred but not essential
• Good knowledge of local road networks and routes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible attitude towards tasks and working hours
• Willingness to commit to potential permanent employment
