We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Car/Van Driver to join our client in Reading on a temporary basis. As a driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods or passengers to their designated locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with all traffic and company regulations
- Load and unload goods as required
- Plan and follow the most efficient route for timely deliveries
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
Qualifications:
- Valid UK driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a driver preferred
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of Reading and surrounding areas
