Van Driver – Medication Deliveries

We are currently recruiting for a Van Driver to join a well-established healthcare distribution company based in Welwyn Garden City. The role involves delivering medication and pharmaceutical products to a variety of locations including patients’ homes, hospitals, and doctors’ surgeries.

This is a Monday to Friday position offering ongoing, long-term work with consistent hours. The role involves a significant amount of driving in and around London, so candidates must be confident driving in busy city environments and working to delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering medication and pharmaceutical products safely and on time

• Completing deliveries to patients’ homes, hospitals, and GP surgeries

• Driving regularly throughout London and surrounding areas

• Providing a professional and friendly service to patients and healthcare staff

• Completing delivery paperwork and adhering to delivery schedules

• Carrying out basic vehicle checks and maintaining the cleanliness of the van

Pay & Benefits

• £13.00 per hour while working through the agency

• £13.61 per hour after 12 weeks

• Monday to Friday shift pattern – no weekends

• Ongoing long-term work with a reliable workload

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence

• Basic DBS check required due to the nature of the deliveries

• Confident driving in and around London

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, professional and punctual

• Previous delivery driving experience is advantageous but not essential
