Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a Class 1 vehicle, adhering to all traffic rules and regulations
- Complete routine vehicle checks before and after shifts to ensure roadworthiness
- Transport goods and merchandise to various locations, ensuring their secure and timely delivery
- Load and unload cargo, maintaining a high level of care and accuracy
- Communicate effectively with management and other team members to provide updates on deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collection notes, and any incidents that may occur
- Comply with company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and friendly attitude at all times

Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 driving license
- Current CPC and digital tachograph card
- Proven experience as a Class 1 Driver, preferably within a similar environment
- Excellent driving skills and a thorough understanding of road safety regulations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Flexibility in working hours, including some weekend and night shifts
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Good physical fitness, as some manual handling may be required

Pay Rate: £700.00 - £800.00 per hour
