Workchain is currently seeking a Picker to join our client's team in Banbury. As a Picker, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders efficiently and accurately
- Checking stock levels and replenishing when necessary
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure deadlines are met

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or picking role preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual

Pay Rate: £11.44 - £13.00 per hour
