CNC Programmer/Miller

One of our well established clients in Coventry is currently seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Miller to join their fast-paced and highly skilled engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on producing high-quality, one-off components and working to tight tolerances. Our client works in the Aerospace industry and they are ideally looking for someone with relevant experience to join them.

Key Responsibilities

• Offline programming essential (OneCNC preferable; some training can be provided)

• Producing mainly one-off components

• Confidently checking own work using bore mics, micrometers, depth mics, and other measuring equipment

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately

• Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail

• Capable of working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Operating HAAS machinery

• Demonstrating excellent Health & Safety awareness

Hours of Work

• Monday – Thursday: 6:45am – 4:00pm

• Friday: 6:45am – 11:45am

• Overtime available as required
