Workchain is currently recruiting for a Concrete Operative to join a well-established construction company based in Avonmouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to concrete work on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Mixing, pouring and leveling concrete
- Formwork preparation and installation
- Finishing and curing concrete surfaces
- Operating hand and power tools
- Following health and safety procedures
- Assisting with site cleanup and maintenance

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in concrete work
- Knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Valid CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
