Title: Counterbalance Driver (Permanent) - Coalville

Workchain is a leading UK-based recruitment agency, specializing in matching skilled professionals with rewarding career opportunities. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Counterbalance Driver for one of our prestigious clients in the Industrial industry based in Coalville.

Responsibilities:
1. Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move and handle goods efficiently and safely within the warehouse or site.
2. Load and unload products from vehicles, ensuring secure and accurate placement.
3. Conduct routine inspections of the Forklift Truck, reporting any faults or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
4. Adhere strictly to Health and Safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
5. Assist in the general maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse, including organization, cleanliness, and stock rotation.
6. Maintain accurate records of inventory and product movements.
7. Coordinate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
8. Assist in other warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications:
1. Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck License (RTITB or equivalent).
2. Proven experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck in a fast-paced warehouse or industrial environment.
3. Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and safe operating procedures.
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling and documenting goods.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
6. Physical fitness to handle heavy goods and work in a physically demanding environment.
7. Flexibility with working hours, as required.

This permanent position offers a competitive pay rate ranging from £480.00 to £650.00 per week, dependent on skills and experience.
