Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Counterbalance Forklift, loading and unloading materials, and moving them to and from designated areas within the warehouse
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on the forklift to ensure its optimal functioning
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including stock movement, picking/packing orders, and maintaining accurate records of inventory
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and managers to effectively meet daily operational demands and achieve company goals
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness within the warehouse to uphold a positive work environment
- Follow specific instructions and carry out tasks in a timely manner to meet deadlines

Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift license is essential (certificate must be provided)
- Proven experience as a Counterbalance Driver in a similar role within the Industrial industry
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations regarding forklift operation
- Ability to read and understand written instructions and work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling materials and recording inventory
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects (if required)
- Proficient in basic computer skills for inventory management and data entry purposes
