Job Title: Temporary Customer Service Agent

Location: Leicester

Salary: £10.42 per hour

We are seeking a customer service agent to join our client's team in Leicester on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling inbound calls from customers, providing them with assistance or advice on their queries
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and other channels, in a timely and polite manner
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and tracking customer complaints
- Escalating unresolved customer issues to relevant teams to ensure swift resolution
- Keeping up-to-date with company policies and product knowledge to ensure customers receive accurate information
- Building positiverelationships with customers and colleagues

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to take ownership of customer issues and resolve them quickly and efficiently
- A proactive, can-do attitude
