Customer Service Agent

We're currently recruiting for multiple Customer Service Agents for our client based in Glen Parva, Leicestershire.

Main duties for this position include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls from users, their families and clients
  • Booking deliveries in advance with technicians and engineers via the system
  • Ensuring all client and delivery details are correct and up to date
  • Processing emergency jobs, relaying all information to both Technicians and warehouse staff
  • Liaising with clients and prescribers when bookings cannot be achieved 
  • Dealing with complains via telephone and emails
  • Manage technician calendars and workloads, distributing evenly
  • General administration and reception duties


Hour & Shift Pattern

You will be required to work Monday to Friday starting at 08:00 with an average of 40-45 working hours per week. Weekends and overtime are available.

Requirements

To be considered applicants must hold have transport to get to and from the companies office in Glen Parva, comfortable with using computers and experience with Microsoft packages and have experience within a customer service enviroment previously.
