Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via telephone, email, or live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints through active listening and effective communication.
- Assist customers in navigating the company's website, helping them locate product or service information as required.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer issues, escalating complex or high-priority cases when necessary.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products, services, and promotions to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of information to customers.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and present suggestions to management for consideration.

Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role – office-based experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear and professional speaking voice.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities with a genuine willingness to assist customers effectively.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and internet navigation.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional when dealing with challenging or upset customers.
- A friendly, approachable, and customer-centric attitude.
