This is a temporary position offering excellent remuneration and valuable experience in the driving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting the driver with the safe loading and unloading of goods.
2. Ensuring items are securely packed and arranged to prevent damage during transportation.
3. Conducting routine vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and reporting any issues promptly.
4. Providing exceptional customer service while delivering goods, ensuring prompt and professional behavior at all times.
5. Accurately recording the signed delivery notes and any discrepancies to ensure accurate documentation.
6. Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment within the vehicle.
7. Adhering to all health and safety regulations, including safe manual handling techniques.

Qualifications Required:

1. No prior experience in a similar role is required; however, experience in a physically demanding role would be advantageous.
2. A valid driving license is not mandatory; however, it would be an added advantage.
3. Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
4. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
5. Good physical fitness, as the role includes manual handling of goods.

Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour
