The Role:

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Extrusion Operative to join our team at our Lodge Farm site in Northampton. This is a permanent position with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Initially, the successful candidate will work on day shifts

, Mon–Fri) for approximately the first month to allow for full training on our extrusion operation. After successful completion of the training period, you’ll transition to our permanent PM shift (15:00 – 23:30, Mon–Fri) and receive an increased salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor extrusion machinery as part of our recycling process.

• Ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.

• Conduct quality checks and ensure product meets specifications.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Accurately record production data and report issues promptly.

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience operating extrusion machinery is essential.

• A solid background in manufacturing or recycling processes.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and good attention to detail.

• Reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently after training.
