We are seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) Operators for a busy warehouse and distribution operation in Derby. This temporary role is ideal for skilled operators who are confident driving counterbalance forklifts, handling stock safely, and supporting efficient warehouse operations.

As an FLT Counterbalance Operator, you will play a vital role in moving goods, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operating a counterbalance forklift truck to move goods and materials

• Loading and unloading deliveries with precision and care

• Storing stock accurately and efficiently within the warehouse

• Picking and packing orders as required

• Conducting daily safety checks on your equipment

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment

• Following all health and safety regulations and company procedures

Requirements:

• Valid counterbalance forklift licence

• Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse, factory, or logistics environment

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
