Job Title: Forklift Driver Counterbalance (Permanent) - Lichfield

Responsibilities:
- Operate a Counterbalance forklift efficiently and safely to transport goods around the warehouse
- Load and unload materials from vehicles, ensuring accuracy and careful handling
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while working within the warehouse environment
- Perform routine checks on the forklift to ensure its proper functioning and report any mechanical issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness within the warehouse, and assist with general warehouse duties as required
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure an efficient workflow

Qualifications:
- Valid Counterbalance forklift license/certificate is essential
- Previous experience as a Forklift Driver Counterbalance within a similar industrial setting is highly desirable
- Proven track record of working safely and adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as within a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay Rate: £11.00 to £12.00 per hour
