Job Title: Forklift Driver Counterbalance

Start times between 18:00 to 20:30, Monday to Friday, finishing the week Saturday morning. Shift Lenghts roughly between 9-10 hours.

Temp to perm role, £14.50 per hour and then increased to £15 per hour once perm.

2 years experience required for this role.

Workchain is currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver Counterbalance to join our client's team in Lichfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and qualified individual to work in the Industrial industry on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a counterbalance forklift to move materials and products around the warehouse
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Organizing and maintaining the warehouse space
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as required

Qualifications:
- Valid counterbalance forklift license
- Previous experience working as a forklift driver in an industrial environment
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
