Job Title: Temporary Forklift Driver Reach and Counterbalance in Derby

About Us: Workchain, a leading UK-based recruitment agency, is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Temporary Forklift Driver Reach and Counterbalance to join our client's team in Derby. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to work within the fast-paced Industrial industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Reach and Counterbalance Forklifts to move, stack, and organize products within the warehouse or industrial environment.

• Loading and unloading materials from vehicles.

• Ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods, following all health and safety guidelines.

• Checking and inspecting goods upon delivery, ensuring accuracy and quality.

• Assisting with general warehouse duties including but not limited to labeling, sorting, and stocktaking.

• Reporting any maintenance or machinery issues to the line manager.

• Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Valid Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Driver Licenses from external accrediting bodies are mandatory. In-house certifications will not be accepted.

• Proven experience as a Forklift Driver Reach and Counterbalance within an industrial or similar environment.

• Strong knowledge and adherence to health and safety regulations.

• Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable with excellent time management skills.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay Rate: £11.44 - £12 per hour
