Shift Pattern

• Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00

• Training Period: You may be required to work Day Shift (08:00 – 17:00) for approximately 3 working weeks during initial training.

Job Description

We are currently recruiting a reliable and safety-focused VNA / Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse team on night shifts. This role involves operating VNA and counterbalance trucks to move stock, load/unload vehicles, replenish racking, and maintain an organised warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate VNA and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently

• Load and unload vehicles

• Move, stack, and organise materials within the warehouse

• Support stock control and replenishment

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Follow site health & safety procedures at all times

• Work as part of a fast-paced warehouse team

Requirements

• Valid VNA and Counterbalance forklift licences

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment

• Ability to work night shifts after the training period

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Reliability and strong attention to safety
