Job Title: Commercial Gas Contracts Manager

Workchain is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Contracts Manager to join our client based in Derby, DE1 on a permanent basis.

This role is covering nationally, developing our clients commercial gas sector and service.

You will play a key role in the commercial gas contracts management, delivering a quality service and growing this commercial gas service.

This role is a hybrid position, depending on workload, 3 days office based and 2 days from home / meetings.

This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis.

Candidate Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage a portfolio of commercial gas contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgets

·        Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery

·        Identify opportunities for growth within the commercial department and driving the expansion of contracts and services

·        Oversee the technical and operational aspects of the contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

·        Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction

Candidate Key Requirements:

·        Proven ability to successfully manage commercial gas contracts including large scale projects and company specifications

·        Have a strong network of contacts within the gas industry and be capable of delivering works and driving business growth

·        Exceptional leadership, organizational and communication skills

·        Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards

Candidates must hold a full UK Driving Licence.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm, with overtime available during busy periods.

The starting salary is £50kpa to £70kpa, with excellent company benefits including a company vehicle, company mobile and laptop and OTE package.

Candidates must hold a full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.
