As the chosen candidate, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Carrying out HGV 1 deliveries in accordance with the given route and schedule.
2. Ensuring all ADR regulations and safety procedures are adhered to while transporting hazardous materials.
3. Loading and unloading goods, ensuring they are secured appropriately for transportation.
4. Conducting pre and post-delivery vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and report any defects.
5. Completing all necessary paperwork accurately, including delivery notes and timesheets.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. A valid HGV 1 (Category C+E) license.
2. A valid ADR license, including tanks and packages.
3. Previous experience in driving HGV 1 vehicles, preferably with ADR training.
4. Knowledge and understanding of ADR regulations and HGV driving laws.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
