Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate an HGV 2 vehicle, adhering to all relevant legislation and regulations
- Transport goods in accordance with delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- Conduct thorough vehicle checks before and after every journey, reporting any defects or issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage
- Comply with company health and safety policies, ensuring the safety of yourself and others at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering goods professionally and courteously
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle
- Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues and customers

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Hold a valid HGV 2 license
- A valid ADR certificate is essential
- Previous experience in an HGV driving role is highly desirable
- Excellent knowledge of road transport regulations and traffic laws
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, as occasional overnight stays may be required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- A conscientious and safety-conscious attitude
