HGV1 driver required immediately for a reputable company based in Derby on a temp to perm contract. This particular company are a provider of linen services, tailored specifically to the needs and requirements of healthcare providers in the UK. They have four sites across the UK in Derby, Dunstable, Sheffield and St. Helens and have their own fleet of lorries for transporting the linen to and from customers.

The role

As a HGV1 driver you will be required to transport linen to and from customers in the healthcare sector nationwide. The role is cage work and you will be required to use the tail lift. There is also little to no handball involved in the work and they have a range of start times from mornings, afternoons and nights so you must be flexible and able to accommodate this.

Requirements for this role

C+E entitlement on driving licence
Valid digital tacho and CPC card
No more than 6 points on licence
Safety boots & hi-vis vest
Ability to arrange morning, afternoon and night start times

Hours

You will be required to work Monday to Friday with a range of different shift patterns from mornings, afternoons and nights.
