- Safely and efficiently operate HGV Class 1 vehicles to transport goods across assigned routes, complying with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Deliver goods promptly and accurately to designated locations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct pre and post-shift vehicle inspections to identify and report any maintenance or safety issues
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including relevant paperwork and digital documentation
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of yourself and others on the road
- Collaborate with warehouse personnel and other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including efficient fuel consumption and cost-effective driving practices

Qualifications:
- Hold a valid HGV Class 1 license, with excellent driving skills and a clean driving record
- Prior experience in a similar HGV driving role is highly preferred
- Adequate knowledge of driving legislation and road safety regulations
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional time management and organization skills to meet delivery deadlines
- Proficient in using digital documentation tools and devices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues
- A proactive and adaptable approach, able to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
