Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a HGV Class 1 vehicle while complying with all relevant traffic laws and regulations
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations within the UK, ensuring timely delivery
- Conduct thorough pre and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify and report any issues or defects
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure efficient loading, unloading, and safe transportation of goods
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including completing all required documentation accurately

Qualifications:
- Valid HGV Class 1 licence
- CPC qualification
- Digital tachograph card
- Previous experience in a similar driving role, preferably within the HGV Class 1 industry
- Excellent knowledge of driving laws, regulations, and procedures
- Ability to work independently and diligently, managing time effectively to meet delivery deadlines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings if required

Rate of Pay: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour
