Job Title: Temporary HGV Class 1 Driver

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently transport goods from one location to another within the designated timeframe
- Conduct vehicle checks before and after every shift to ensure roadworthy conditions
- Adhere to all relevant traffic laws and regulations while on the road
- Communicate effectively with the transport team and provide updates as necessary
- Collaborate with loading and unloading teams to ensure smooth operations
- Handle documentation accurately, including delivery notes and records of equipment used
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times
- Report any accidents, damages, or incidents immediately to the supervisor

Qualifications:
- Valid HGV Class 1 license
- CPC and Digi Tacho Card
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in HGV Class 1 driving
- Knowledge of current transport legislation and driving regulations
- Ability to work independently, while also being a team player
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Customer service-oriented with a professional attitude
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and occasional nights, if required
