Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a HGV Class 1 vehicle in adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Complete daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and report any defects in a timely manner.
- Timely delivery and collection of goods to and from various destinations.
- Accurate and efficient completion of paperwork related to goods transportation, including delivery notes and time sheets.
- Adhere to client-specific delivery requirements, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Maintain excellent communication with both customers and colleagues, providing updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
- Valid and up-to-date HGV Class 1 license.
- Minimum of 1-year professional driving experience.
- A clean driving record with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Valid Driver CPC Card.
- Digital tachograph card.
- Strong knowledge of road transport laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A positive and professional attitude towards work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay Rate:
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive pay rate of £15.00 per hour.
