HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver - Long term, ongoing role in Carrington

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver for our client in Carrington. This position will be in the Driving Industry and will require the successful candidate to be available for overnight stays. 

Key Responsibilities:

- General haulage, no handball, curtainsiders
- Safely transporting goods from one destination to another
- Completing all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Carrying out vehicle checks before and after each journey
- Liaising with the transport office to maintain good communication and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications Required:
- Full and valid HGV Class 1 licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Good communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and independently

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this role is from £15.00 to £16.00 per hour, depending on experience and £25 per night out.
