Job Title: Temporary HGV Class 2 Driver in Lutterworth

If so, Workchain Recruitment Agency has an excellent opportunity for you. We are currently seeking a Temporary HGV Class 2 Driver to join our client's team in Lutterworth.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle to transport goods between various destinations within the UK.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries by following assigned routes and schedules.
- Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment and secures cargo as necessary.
- Perform daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and report any defects or issues promptly.
- Adhere to all applicable driving laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain a professional image while representing our client's company.
- Complete all necessary documentation, including delivery records and timesheets.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to provide exceptional service.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Hold a valid HGV Class 2 license.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an HGV driver.
- CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification is required.
- A clean driving record with no more than 6 penalty points on your license.
- Excellent knowledge of UK road networks.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly, managing your time effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy goods.
