Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle, adhering to all road traffic regulations and company policies.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks, ensuring any defects or maintenance requirements are promptly reported.
- Verify and secure loads, ensuring they are strapped and properly positioned to prevent damage during transit.
- Deliver goods to designated locations on scheduled routes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Assist in loading and unloading vehicles, and provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.
- Maintain accurate delivery notes, ensuring all relevant information is recorded.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring personal safety and the safety of others at all times.
- Conduct oneself in a professional and courteous manner, upholding the reputation of the company.

Qualifications:
- Valid HGV Class 2 license, with a minimum of 2 years' driving experience.
- CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification.
- Digi Tacho card.
- Excellent knowledge of driving regulations and road safety procedures.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to meet delivery deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and sound decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Physically fit and able to handle goods up to 25kg.

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
