Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a HGV Class 2 vehicle, adhering to all relevant traffic laws and regulations.
- Transport goods and materials to various destinations, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, maintaining cleanliness, and reporting any issues or damages.
- Load and unload goods, adhering to proper handling and safety procedures at all times.
- Keep accurate records and complete all necessary paperwork associated with the delivery, including the collection of signatures, timesheets, and delivery notes.
- Communicate effectively with the transport team and clients, providing updates on the progress of deliveries, delays, or any issues encountered.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing our client and Workchain in a respectable manner.

Qualifications:
- Valid UK driving license with Category C (HGV Class 2 entitlement) and no more than 6 penalty points.
- A valid CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).
- Digital tachograph card is essential.
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience as a HGV Class 2 driver.
- Excellent knowledge of Coleshill's roads and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.
- Good physical fitness, as the role may involve some manual handling.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
