05:00 – 14:00
(Some early finishes but paid until 14:00 and overtime available)
The Role
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and flexible HGV Class 2 Cover Driver based in the High Wycombe area.
This role is ideal for an experienced Class 2 driver who is also happy to spend a significant portion of their time driving a van. Approximately 60–70% of the role will involve van driving, with the remaining time covering deliveries in a Class 2 vehicle as required.
You will be delivering a variety of products and materials to customers, providing an important cover and support function within the transport operation.
Key Responsibilities
Driving a van for the majority of deliveries
Covering Class 2 (Category C) routes when required
Delivering different products and materials to various locations
Carrying out vehicle checks and completing delivery paperwork
Providing flexible cover across the fleet as needed
Requirements
Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
Previous Class 2 driving experience essential
CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Willing and happy to work in a van as part of the role
Reliable, professional, and flexible approach to work
