Responsibilities:

- Safely operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle in accordance with all relevant rules and regulations
- Transport goods from one location to another, ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including log books and receipts
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines, ensuring safe loading and unloading of goods
- Provide excellent customer service, representing both Workchain and our clients in a professional manner
- Remain flexible with working hours and shifts as required

Qualifications:

- Valid and up-to-date HGV Class 2 license with relevant CPC qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an HGV Class 2 Driver
- Good knowledge of local and national road transport regulations
- Excellent driving skills, with a strong focus on safety and responsibility
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time and deliveries effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Good physical fitness, as the job may involve manual handling and heavy lifting

Pay Rate: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour
