Class 2 Drivers – New DHL Contract (Starting in the New Year)
Location: Swan Valley, Northampton

We are recruiting Class 2 (Cat C) drivers for a new DHL contract starting in the new year, delivering to Morrisons Daily stores.

Shift Patterns Available:

• 5 on / 2 off

• 5 on / 3 off

• 4 on / 4 off

Start Times:

• AM shifts: 04:00 – 08:00

• PM shifts: 12:00

The Role:

• Delivering to Morrisons Daily stores

• Handball involved – rolling cages into stores

• 4–12 drops per day

• Nationwide deliveries excluding London

• Drivers are treated like full-time staff from day one

Pay Rates (PAYE only):
£16.65 – £21.61 per hour + up to £50 per week cage bonus

AM Rates:

• Basic: £16.65ph

• Overtime: £18.42ph

• Weekend: £20.58ph

PM Rates:

• Basic: £17.49ph

• Overtime: £19.35ph

• Weekend: £21.61ph

Overtime Thresholds:

• After 37.5 hours – 5 on / 2 off

• After 40.6 hours – 5 on / 3 off

• After 48 hours – 4 on / 4 off

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year Class 2 experience

• No more than 6 points on licence

• No IN, DR, CD, DD, or BA endorsements

• New passes accepted from March 2026
