Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle, delivering goods to various locations in and around Sharnford.
- Conduct thorough vehicle checks before and after each journey to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with legal requirements.
- Adhere to all relevant traffic laws, regulations, and company policies during each delivery.
- Communicate effectively with the transport team, providing updates on delivery progress and any potential challenges encountered.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including paperwork, time sheets, and any other required documentation.
- Ensure the safe handling and securing of all loads, following correct manual handling procedures as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Hold a valid HGV Class 2 driving license with no more than 3 points.
- Possess a valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC) and a digital tachograph card.
- Proven experience in driving HGV Class 2 vehicles, ideally within a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of relevant driving regulations and traffic laws.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Physical fitness and the ability to handle loads safely, adhering to manual handling guidelines.

Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
