Job Title: Temporary HGV Class 2 Driver

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a Class 2 HGV vehicle for the transportation and delivery of goods within Worksop and surrounding areas.
- Follow all road safety regulations and company policies while ensuring the timely delivery of goods.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks and maintenance to ensure roadworthiness and report any faults or defects promptly.
- Load and unload goods in a safe manner, taking necessary precautions to secure loads for transportation.
- Utilize relevant technology and/or documentation systems to accurately record delivery details, mileage, and working hours.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, as well as any specific industry regulations, while carrying out duties.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach, ensuring excellent service delivery at all times.
- Complete all paperwork and administrative tasks associated with the role, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
- Hold a valid full UK driving license with Category C entitlement (HGV Class 2).
- Possess a valid Driver CPC qualification.
- Experience operating a Class 2 HGV vehicle is essential.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility in working hours and the willingness to work additional hours if required.
