Workchain is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lates Warehouse Operative to join our client's team in Bristol. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse operations during the late shift.

Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders accurately
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Stock control and inventory management
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse
- Operating machinery and equipment safely
- Meeting productivity targets set by the management

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
