We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Setter to join our client's team in Tewkesbury. This is a permanent position in the Technical industry with a pay rate of £13 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up machinery and equipment for production runs
- Operating machines to ensure product quality and meet production targets
- Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments as necessary
- Performing routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal operation
- Troubleshooting any issues that arise during production
- Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Machine Setter or in a similar role
- Technical knowledge of machinery and equipment
- Good problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Ability to work well in a team environment
