We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Operative to join our client based in Rugby on a temporary basis. The role will be within the Technical industry and offers a competitive pay rate of £12.20 to £12.50 per hour.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

- Operating machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Assembling and packaging products
- Quality checking products to ensure they meet company standards
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Qualifications required for the role:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is advantageous but not essential
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Punctuality and reliability
