Key Responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints to understand project requirements
- Setting up welding equipment based on project specifications
- Operating MIG welding equipment to fuse metal parts together
- Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy
- Following safety guidelines and protocols at all times

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder
- Valid welding certification
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
